LEAGUE DETAILS

Team Building – This is a community building sports organization.
Ideal team situation – come together with a team of (8) and a coach.
This a Bring Your Own Team (BYOT) situation
If you cannot field a full team, you will be grouped by coach request, teammate request and/or by school and grade.
Season Breakout – Each season (fall/spring) will consist of (10) play dates.
The first (9) dates will determine seeding for the post season.
The (10th) date will be the single elimination bracket. Play until you win.

Roster Size – Teams for 6th grade and younger will be (8) players max, exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Team size for the 7th & 8th grade division will be (10) players max, exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

DIVISIONS & TEAM SIZE – Our goal is to fill all age groups. If we get enough registration of girls & boys, we can separate them into a boy’s and a girl’s league.

Kindergarten (COED) – max number of players 8.
First & Second Grade (COED) – max number of players 8.
Third & Fourth Grade (COED) – max number of players 8.
Fifth & Sixth Grade (COED) – max number of players 8.
Seventh & Eight Grade (COED) – max number of players 10.

Season Pricing Breakout:

Kindergarten $300.00
First & Second Grade $300.00
Third & Fourth Grade $300.00
Fifth & Sixth Grade $300.00
Seventh & Eight Grade $300.00

Note:

(1) Sibling Discount is $20.00 for each additional child.

(2) Waitlist teams or individuals may be placed in a division or on a team for an added $75.00 fee.

(3) Refunds will follow our refund policy.

Registration Fees – Include a custom jersey (name & number), shorts and the use of team flags and balls. Additionally, the fee covers the cost for practice facilities, game nights and referees.

PRACTICES – Practices will come on a first come first serve basis. Field options will be provided where lights will be available as the days get shorter. Schedule may be subject to change.

GAMES – Game times will vary based on any given week. Practice fields will be made available prior to game time. Practice fields will be shared with the other teams playing that night.

REFUND POLICY

Spring Season:

Before December 1st: Full refund

On/After December 1st and Before January 1st: 50% refund

On/After January 1st: No refund

Fall Season:

Before May 15th (prior to Fall season): Full refund

On/After May 15th and Before June 15th: 50% refund

On/After June 15th: No refund

Note: A $10 fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover credit card transaction costs.
